User Service Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to use the Vila App (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") stipulates your rights and obligations when using this App, as well as the relevant terms for the services we provide. By using this App, you indicate your agreement to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

II. Account Registration and Use

• Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of adulthood in your region. You are required to ensure that the registration information is true, accurate, complete, and legally valid. False registration is strictly prohibited. • Account Creation and Management: After creating an account by providing information according to the procedures, you can log in and modify your profile information, but you must not violate laws, regulations, and public order and good customs. You should properly safeguard your account password and be responsible for the activities under your account. We will take security measures to protect account information. However, if security issues arise due to your own fault, you shall bear responsibility yourself.
• Suspension and Termination of Accounts: If you violate this Agreement, as required by laws and regulations, if there are security risks associated with your account, or if your account has been inactive for a long time, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to retain or delete relevant data. We will not be liable for any losses caused thereby.

III. Service Content and Usage Rules

• Service Overview: This App is a social networking and friend-making platform that provides services such as user matching, chatting and communication, profile display and search. We will make every effort to ensure the stability and continuity of the services. However, for service issues caused by technical, maintenance, force majeure, or other reasons, we will try our best to notify you but will not be held liable.
• Usage Rules: When using this App, you must comply with laws and regulations, and must not engage in illegal or criminal activities. You must not maliciously disrupt the platform order or interfere with other users. You should respect the rights and interests of others and avoid disputes. The content you post should be legal, compliant, and non-infringing, and you grant us the usage license.

IV. Privacy Protection

V. Paid Services

This App offers membership subscriptions and value-added services. Information regarding the content, price, and duration of paid services will be clearly displayed. By choosing to pay, you agree to make payments as stipulated and authorize us to deduct fees. We ensure the security and confidentiality of payments. In principle, refunds are not supported except in cases where services are not provided as agreed or there are significant quality issues. If there are disputes, you can contact us for handling.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

This App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. We own the ownership or have the legal right to use them. Without written authorization, you must not infringe upon them. The intellectual property rights generated by the content you come across during the use belong to the original authors. You must not use them for commercial or other unauthorized purposes, otherwise, you will be held liable.

VII. Disclaimer

• We do not participate in users' friend-making activities and will not be liable for any situations that occur during the friend-making process. You should ensure your own safety.
• In the event that the App cannot operate normally or services are interrupted due to objective circumstances such as force majeure, we will not be held liable, but we will make every effort to restore it.
• We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information on the platform. You should verify and judge by yourself and be responsible for your own decision-making and actions.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, negotiation should be conducted first. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction for litigation. The laws of the country where the App's development team is located or the laws of the country where the user is located (such as the laws of the United States) shall apply. During the dispute resolution process, except for the disputed parts, this Agreement should continue to be implemented. You agree that you may bear reasonable costs in relevant legal proceedings or disputes, unless otherwise stipulated by law or judged by the court.

IX. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

• We have the right to revise this Agreement due to reasonable factors such as changes in laws and regulations and business development. We will notify you through in-App announcements, emails, etc. The revised Agreement will come into effect from the date of notification. If you continue to use the App, it will be deemed that you agree to it. If you do not agree, you should stop using it and can handle matters such as account cancellation according to the regulations.
• This Agreement will be terminated in circumstances such as when you voluntarily cancel your account (after completing the procedures), when your account is terminated due to your violation of the Agreement, or when the App ceases to operate. After termination, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or agreed by both parties, the rights and obligations will cease, but this will not affect the performance of the parts that have already occurred and the assumption of responsibilities. We have the right to retain or delete account data and will not be held liable.
